Encore is a brand of Nakal Marketing LLC, 4300 Ridgecrest Dr SE, Ste L #858, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, USA ("we", "us"). By ordering on giftencore.com you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We create a personalized video ("film") from photos you provide: we restore the photos, animate them with the help of AI tools, and edit them into a film set to music. Delivery is digital, by email and private link, within 7 days of receiving your photos (48 hours with express delivery).

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Digistore24, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.

3. Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos you send or have permission to use them, and that the people shown (or their family) agree to their use for a private film. You keep all rights to your photos. We use them only to create your film.

4. AI animation

Animations are generated by AI and reviewed by a person before delivery. Movements are interpretations and may not exactly reflect real movements. If a result does not look right, we will revise it.

6. Acceptable use

We may refuse photos that are illegal, harmful, or that you are not allowed to use.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
