If you are not happy with your film, tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will revise it for free, or refund you in full if you prefer.

How to request a refund

Email hello@giftencore.com with your order number, or use the refund link in your Digistore24 order confirmation email. Refunds are issued by Digistore24 to your original payment method.

Physical gift card

The printed QR gift card can be refunded if it has not been shipped yet.
